Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
poor insulation dated furniture
The breakfast met my expectations with a good variety of options.
The noise insulation was terrible I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms and hallway traffic. This made resting difficult. The furniture felt quite dated the floor tiles in the hallway showed signs of wear and tear.

efficient staff room size cream tea
I appreciated the very attentive and efficient staff they handled everything so well. I found nice touches like umbrellas provided for sudden downpours and flip flops in the room. The room size was very spacious a real plus for longer stays. The complimentary cream tea was delicious
The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the main parts of the city I used a taxi.

fantastic stay!
modern decor adults-only swimming pool amazing breakfast
the hotel provided all necessary services and amenities. the adults-only swimming pool was a plus. i found the breakfast buffet amazing! the river and mountain views from our balcony were special.
this added some noise. it slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

the location was convenient. it was not directly in the town center, yet it was near enough to avoid all the hustle and bustle. the riverside setting offered a scenic backdrop.

the staff provided helpful local tips. they gave restaurant recommendations and suggested tailors. the hotel facilities were very good and i particularly enjoyed the choices of pools.

a dreamy getaway
warm smile breakfast buffet water station great convenience
staff greet me with warm smiles each morning. the breakfast buffet includes both eastern and western dishes. water stations located on each floor keep me hydrated. i found it really convenient.
walls is thin, i could hear some noise from other rooms, it bother me at night.

the hotel provides bikes, i see. it is a way to explore the surrounding areas. the hotel has a standard pool in front. another smaller pool sits in the back, that sounds great.

the staffs remembers the coffee i drink at breakfast. they always stop at our table for a small chat. a receptionist helped me wrap items securely. she provided information for tours, very detail.
